Location is very close to the airport and within walking distance of the metro. It was quiet up on our floor even though our entire hallway was filled with middle schoolers on a field trip.

Staff is fine. I have had questions about my bill and I don't feel like they truly listen. I think they are focused more on proving me wrong about what I said. Also, not quite sure that they understand how the billing works. Otherwise they are fine. I give them a 7 knowing that I grade tough. The one exception is Kirk. That guy is awesome. I hear him with other guests as well and he is fantastic. It's very simple though. He talks "with" his guests. I feel like others talk "at" their guests. His empathy is not just words. You can tell he feels it. Kirk is a 10.

I liked the location, the restaurant at the hotel and breakfast... Having an airport shuttle was the best. The staff was friendly too.

location was good, the 2 black managers went above and beyond , they may have been the receptionist but they were amazing

The location was great for an overnight stay before flying out the next morning. We checked in, took back the rental car and took the Metro to Arlington Cemetery. The walk back to the hotel along Eades street from Crystal City was pleasant. The King room was small, but fine for one night. The shuttle driver was friendly and efficient.

When we determined that the AC in our room wasn't working, they switched us to a different room immediately. Also, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and the most of the staff was very helpful!

I have always stayed at Holiday Inn but was never charged for breakfast. I was charged for breakfast because I did not have that on my booking. However, it was stated that I would have free breakfast when I booked.
